Moulana Jami

Moulana Nuruddin Abdurrahman Jami 

                                                                                         

The last great poet in classical Persian was born in a small town of  khurasan(Afghanistan).                                

learned Arabic and Persian from his father and then further studied under Gghazi zadeh Ruhm in Samarkand.Jami joined the dervaish  circle of  Khaja Saduddin Kashgari.He wrote many books of poetry theology and grammar and the Age of 70 he completed his masterpiece ,Yusuf And Zulekha.Jami was independent man with the good seance of humor and often annoyed his fellow writers with sharp comments on their wisdom and humanity.
